RITZ STUFFED QUAHOGS













 12 Quahogs chopped(or ½ 51oz can)
1lb Package Ritz Crackers
2 stalks of Celery
1 large Onion Chopped
1 green pepper chopped
¼ cup of Butter 

Cook Quahogs and remove from shell, reserve the shells and liquid. In a food processor add crackers, celery, onion and pepper. Process just until combined. If it is too dry, add some of the quahog liquid. Fold in the quahogs. In a medium shillet, melt the butter and add the quahog mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Heat the oven to 350, Divide the stuffing amont the shells and place on a baking sheet. Bake 27 minutes or until golden brown. W/O shells, bake for 25 minutes
